Budapest Portrait Photography
I know Valeria from my childhood and we always were a friend. She is a traveler, she is a girl who smiles and she is the happiest person I ever met. Valeria studies at Budapest University and lived at the traditional Hungarian style house. When I heard that about her live in Budapest, I decided to come to an visit her for a month. I was so inspired by the place where she lived, it was amazing. We spend evenings by talking and drinking wine at the small space inside the building and it was so inspiring that we decided to make a photosession that would tell a story about her period of life in that small and cozy house.
Visiting the city for the first time as a destination photographer I always want to show famous places which symbolize the city or country. Usually, these are touristic and overcrowded places. Here you will not see famous Budapest attractions. Instead of that you will see what is a true spirit of the city in a secret place known only to the locals. It is a journey to a purely authentic Hungarian house, with its magnificent arches, winding staircase with wooden railings and unique ancient atmosphere. The photo shooting is of course not about a Hungarian building, it is about a stylish lady daydreaming, while leisurely walking in chic balconies.
