The first time I visited Bastide des Terres in Mirmande, I knew that the wedding would be gorgeous. For a photographer, there is where to roam, many beautiful locations and chic interiors of the chateau will not give a chance to make bad shots. But what is more important for getting a great story is, of course, people. It was a big family wedding for Maria and Fred. The guests gathered from all over the world, dancing, drinking cocktails, and tasting gourmet cuisine. Even the cake was with different fillings – matching the variety of guests. La Bastide des Terres
La Bastide des Terres is a beautiful 18th century chateau located in the charming village of Mirmande, in the Drôme region of southeastern France which has been beautifully restored to its original glory, with a blend of traditional and modern styles.
La Bastide des Terres offers ten elegantly decorated guest rooms, each with their own private bathroom and also features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a lush garden where guests can relax. Also, there are a lot of options to explore the surrounding area, which offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, and sightseeing.
This chateau can be a great choice for a wedding because it has a romantic and intimate feel and the wedding dinner, they can accommodate up to 170 guests.
