Amy and Davin travelled from the US to celebrate their wedding in the Loire Valley, just outside Angers, surrounded by close friends and family. They began planning more than two years in advance, and from the start it was clear this would be an intentionally personal celebration.
Hosted at Château Allure du Lac, the day balanced contrast in a way that felt natural rather than staged. A fully vegetarian menu sat alongside a traditional French croquembouche, while the setting – an elegant château with open grounds and a lake – was paired with a relaxed, playful atmosphere. After the ceremony, soap bubbles replaced rose petals, shifting the tone from formal to spontaneous.
