Bir-Hakeim bridge

We started on the bridge, with the Eiffel Tower just across the Seine and the old lamp posts above us. Fidana in royal blue and Lasha in a white shirt were easy to photograph: close, relaxed and happy to sit on the stone wall above the river.

Under the iron columns

Below the top deck runs the colonnade, a long corridor of iron columns with the river on both sides. It gives shade, strong lines and, for a few minutes, the feeling of having the whole bridge to yourselves.

A café table

We finished at a Paris café with red tables and wicker chairs. A glass of wine, the street behind them and a few closer frames in the soft light inside, a quiet moment for the two of them before the wedding began.

What does an engagement session include?

Four hours, two locations and 150+ edited photographs, with travel within France included.

How far ahead should we book?

Most couples book six to eighteen months ahead. Summer Saturdays go first.

Bir-Hakeim bridge, a café

Lasha and Fidana are a couple from Georgia who love France and live in Paris, where they planned an intimate wedding with their closest friends and family. Before all the excitement, they wanted a few hours alone together.

We started on the Bir-Hakeim bridge, with the Eiffel Tower across the river and the long iron colonnade underneath, then sat down at a café with red tables. Fidana wore royal blue, Lasha a white shirt, and photographing them was a joy.
